A little about me Everyone in my family went into healthcare. I went into design, which turned out to be a pretty similar job. Listen properly, figure out what's actually going on, fix that. I just liked the making part more - where one good decision can quietly make the day better for thousands of people. And every so often someone says "oh, that's clever." Still gets me. I have been around different industries from tech, finance, healthcare, banking apps, enterprise tooling and design systems. Different rooms, same job. Start where the customer actually is, work backwards, ship something that holds up. Usually wearing a few hats along the way, running the project as much as designing it. I've seen design shift a few times over twelve years. Each time, the answer was the same: stay close to the customer, be deliberate about what's worth building, and treat AI as something that should make the product better, not just newer. Heidi Health Senior Product Designer: Integrations · Feb 2026 – Current

Designed and shipped the connective layer between Heidi’s clinical AI products and the practice systems Australian general practice actually runs on — how integrations are discovered, authenticated and managed across an organisation and how Heidi also works on partner EMR systems.

Key Projects: Referral lending creation and sending, Heidi AI generated pathology and scan orders, Integrations Marketplace, Integrations set up wizard, Heidi Widget in Partner EMR/EHRs.

Increased paid-enterprise teams engagement across Atlassian’s System of Work apps.

Key Project: Teams directory, Team and user profile, 3rd party integrations in Marketplace, Team Structures and Hierarchies, Managing teams in Atlassian Adminhub.

Macquarie Bank Snr. Product Designer (Contractor) · July 2022 – Dec 2024

Increased submit-to-settle home loan applications through the Broker Portal channel (94% total Macquarie home loan applications).

Key Project: Macquarie Broker Portal: Portal Uplift, Supporting documents, Access and permissions, Multi-factor Origination, Car Loans Product Migration & Switcher.
